What career do you envisage having in 10 years time?

Personally I believe within the next ten years I can work my way up being either a Manufacturing Manager or Senior Engineer for a decent sized company

In 10 years? Um...School. I'm less than 20, so medical school, teacher school, and Santa School all would keep me in school for another 15 years, especially if I went at my natural pace.
