Training that Burmy is a Pikachu. Thankfully, it just learned Bug Bite, so now at least it has a STAB move. I think I'll go back to Eterna Forest and train it. Also, does it matter what cloak it is?
I believe Sandy Cloak was specified for your Wormadam.

No luck with Heracross yet huh? Well at least you're nearing the Great Marsh and Yanma. And the further you progress in the game, the more honey trees you can access, boosting your odds.

Maylene was just Pikachu impossible. Thank GOD Vespiquen and Dustox have Gust, and even then, Lucario only went down because of a Crit from X-Scissor.

Now I need to get to Pastoria so I can use the Move Tutor to give Vespiquen Toxic in place of Gust. Or maybe Confuse Ray. I'm not sure yet.

Zubat lvl 9
Silcoon lvl 7

And then suddenly, shiny bidoof. Crap.
