Blue, followed by Crystal, followed by Sapphire, followed by Yellow, followed by Fire Red, followed by followed by Leaf Green, followed by Emerald, followed by another Crystal (lost the first one, since then found), followed by Diamond, followed by Platnium, followed by JAP Heart Gold, followed by Soul Silver, followed by JAP Black. Crazy, huh?

I started with Red. I had actually wanted Blue, but I'll give my parents credit for even being able to pick out the correct series that I had asked for.

It helps that my dad understood video games a bit more than a lot of adults at the time. He was hospitalized from a car crash when I was really little and spent a lot of time during his recovery playing NES games (which were new at the time).

Oh, add Silver after Yellow, and Gold after Silver.

Blue. I'm old school. And you have to know, this was around when Gold and Silver came out, but I didn't even know about those yet. Soon after, I got Yellow, then Silver, then Crystal. Right around when Diamond and Pearl came out, I got FireRed and Sapphire. A few months after Diamond and Pearl were big, I got Diamond.

The rest is history. Or, maybe present. Whatever. I started with Blue anyways.
