Thanks. I beat the Prime Cup but theres two more battles I need to do for the Poké Cup.

Good luck. Prime Cup is pretty easy, was always the first one I took down.
I recall the Poke cup being fairly annoying though.

You're only able to use rentals, that's probably why.

Yeah, that's exactly why.
It's been so long since I've played Stadium... I don't think I'll be much help.

I have both. And in Stadium 2 in Free Battle I have two Mewtwos, two Lugias, and two Ho-Ohs. I make the computer Trainer use the same set and we legendary battle it out. XD I used the Pokemon Silver/Gold/Crystal trick to have duplicates of these Pokemon (very risky to do, but the result is nice). I love facing Team Rocket in the GYM Leader castle with this same set.
