There still aren't (at least from what I've found) official looking sprites, and I'm not sure that entirely redoing all of the existing Pokemon to be the 3D models would be a good idea either, so if you or anyone else can point me to anywhere that has sprites for the new Pokemon (that are also allowed to be used with permission!), let me know.

have you tried da? pokefarmq has them and they aren't 3d they might help though don't have them all so see what they do have, spriters resource has nothing as of right now but i think they will have it 3d, look on google too to see what is there i'm sure you'll find something, sprite database has nothing
