Pokemon Smash revealed yesterday that the "Mewtwo Forme" is real! However, the official sites say it's a new Pokemon, but we'll get that confirmed or not soon.

Yes, it does look like Frieza.
It has been confirmed to be a new form of Mewtwo, so no Mewthree. Now, I think that, at least in the movie, it's not the same Mewtwo that stared the first movie, but a different one.
