Does anyone else have this, for the N64? I have both of them (there was Stadium 2 as well).
In Stadium, you can play Red, Blue and Yellow on your TV, in 2x or 3x speed, and transfer your Pokémon to the game to battle in 3D! One thing that was pretty neat about the first one, was that if you nicknamed your Pokémon and looked at them on there, sometimes their color would be slightly changed.

I had both too.
I miss the minigames personally. Batte Revolution's lack of minigames made me sad. "Clefairy Says" was my personal favourite.

Oh yeah, another good thing about Stadium: The Doduo/Dodrio feature. You could plug in and play your 1st gen games at double or triple speed.
Made it much easier to do things like level grinding.

yeah i have both. the minigames were the best. the one i remember most is the scyther cut in 2. when my sister, cousins and i first played it, we just kept jamming the A button and couldn't figure out why nothing was happening. but i like the hitmontop spin the best. what irritates me is that the default movesets for battles are so stupid.

That and more of the weaker pokemon have better moves but could easily be taken down, which is why i use my pokemon from the handheld games.

Beat both the Poke Cup and the Prime Cup.Slix wrote:Yes, this is an old topic, but still relevant is my question: What do you have to beat to unlock the Dodrio Mode for 3x?
