I like the idea, and any topics that people want to be revived can just post again to make it a fresh start. When I have a chance I'll begin to go through and lock old topics.

I know this may be a long shot but have you thought of using social media? to interest people to come and join the forum something that interacts with people directly and can be browsed by thousands of people a day. companies all over the world are now resorting to social media to sell goods to people across the world and advertise their websites, youtube's, twitch's, etc.
its just a thought

Yes we do! Twitter and YouTube I manage, and the Facebook evergreenn does. We've gotten a lot of likes recently on the Facebook, and I use the Twitter every day for my personal tweets, but also for Pokemon and Poliwager stuff.

The issue with these things is that I'm the only one talking about it. We need others to post things too, to generate interest for people that don't already know that Poliwager is a site, since I run it, everyone that follows me knows already, you know?

I've been advertising mainly on other forums since Poliwager started, which gets a lot of new people looking for a smaller community. Other places though, YouTube could be utilized, but I've never been real into making videos myself.

Perhaps having a word with Kiwi, he is interested in doing youtube videos so if he starts up, perhaps he could help?
