As per Chaze's suggestion a while back, and to match the Adoptables, avatars can now be used with images up to 150x150 pixels. The Rules have been updated to reflect this.

There is now a new display for the IVs, including a total count of them, on a Pokémon's Stats and Levelup page.

I'm working on getting the total, but I'm not sure it can be done the way IVs are handled currently.

Also, the previous message that you sent in a conversation when you receive a new message will be shown below the received message.
