It's pink in BW and BW2. I have a Mudkip and I can make it shiny with cheats and last time I checked it was pink I think.

Oh, well I use cheats on my Diamond, and not my W2. I got the Shiny Mudkip BW and BW2 sprites on Bulbapedia.
