Starter Pokémon!

When I choose starters, i go for what feels like fits me, my starter choices are:

Gen 1- Squirtle
Gen 2- Chikorita
Gen 3- Mudkip
Gen 4- Piplup
Gen 5- Oshawott
Gen 6- Fennekin
Gen 7- Rowlett
Gen 8- Grookey

Okay once I finished the list I realized that I mainly chose the water and grass types starters

I usually go for water types. But I usually go off of looks too.
I think my first starter was Oshawott.
Wait, my name is some what similar to Oshawott . Pretty sure its just a coincidence.

I usually don't go for type, I go for which one best suits the region/my personal opinion on appearance.

3. Mudkip
4. Piplup
5. Snivy or Oshawott
6. Fennekin
7. Rowlet
8. (Probably Sobble, but I don't really want these games...)

I choose based off of appearances and personality mostly, but I somehow end up with a massive grass type bias. Either a weird coincidence or grass types are my spirit type I suppose
