I slept about 9 hours last night. I'm getting a cold so I need more I think!

Last night I slept for 7 hours without waking up! I have been waking up a lot in the middle of the night recently so I feel great.

Good morning! And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!

I have slept 6-7 hours the past two nights between falling asleep in public after work and sleeping way later than I would like to.

I slept between 11AM-9PM but I kept waking up, I'm a very light sleeper, I'd say maybe about 8-9 hours of sleep at most :(
