I quite like Lugia's, Pikachu's (prior to gen 6), and Feraligatr's.

Not gonna lie, I'm still miffed about them changing Pikachu's to the spoken name thing. Literally no other Pokemon in the games does that. >:^(

I haven't listened to many of the game cries, so I can't say whether the game or the anime is better.
I've always loved Kirlia's voice from the anime, though. (Sample below, since I'm bad at describing voices.)

Would it be crazy to say I like Emolgas? In all honosty, I was working on an emolga clicker game, and every time the screen was touched I had it play emolga's cry. I think I know what I know haha.

Anyways sad that pikachu's cry was changed again
