I am not a fan of either but I have a vileplume in my sapphire at nearly level 60 with the rest of my team and I love her. So I'll go with Oddish.

^ Bellsrout's kinda derpy looking. Leads to more people preferring Oddish on a level of "people generally like the prettier of two things".
