Always take them in the morning, my hair is impossible to comb otherwise. 15 min. max, hot water (but not too hot). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash of course.

Sleeping on wet hair. Ugh, I remember that. It was horrible when mine was long.
I would wet-braid it sometimes and the sleep on it so it would be reeeeeeally wavy the next morning. You need longish hair to do that though.

I always blow dry my hair after I shower otherwise I get headaches. I used to use body wash but I switched back to soap.

15 minutes, soap, whatever shampoo is around, its warm, I just stand in there for a long time haha. And always morning, I look like Ben Browder if I take one at night.

o my bad i didn't see the extra i after don't. it would of been nice if you used a bit of proper grammer by using a comma.

How long I am in depends on how long I'm just standing there thinking about stuff in a daze, hot water of course, everyday right after I get up and also if I come home from sports or anything that makes me sweat I'll have another one.

Oh yeah forgot what I use, body wash and shampoo, conditioner just always seemed unessential to me, don't even know what it does.

Hair conditioner is a hair care product that alters the texture and appearance of hair.
