"I Don't Do Boys" ~ (I think the artist is named Jenna Anne. Or maybe she just covered the song)

The cars driving by my house and the hum of my laptop lol

I'm listening the audio of World of Color. :D Wish I had the $$$ to go before the year is over but sadly I don't. Stupid car accident ruined everything.

They're a pretty cool band, especially in their vids. They're awful live though. Saw them last year and it was horrendus.

Was it really? :( I love the video to White Knuckles. Something about those choreographed dogs just gets me. :P

They played the entire concert in bright solid-colour jumpsuits (one red, one yellow, one blue, one green), so you could tell they were trying to be as zany as in their vids. They hardly moved around at all though, which was boring to watch, and they didn't play loud enough to be comprehensible over the audience.

I'm perhaps biased though. I'm setting them to the standard of Green Day and Great Big Sea, both of whom are AMAZING bands to see live. GBS is fun and big on audience singing along and stuff, and GD's Billy Joe Armstrong is amazingly animated on stage, constantly running around and moving all over the place.

--Edit: Oh yeah, and I'm listening to "Static Age" by Green Day

I've never even heard of Great Big Sea. But that concert does sound like it's trying a bit too hard.

Great Big Sea: Canadian East Coast band. So they have sorta celtic sounding music. Sounds like the stuff you'd have fun singing in a big group. Lots of songs about drinking or boats/the sea (it's traditional of the genre really). They have some really great stuff in their album "Up".

Speaking of which, check out the song below for an introduction to GBS.

"When I'm Up" ~ Great Big Sea

Do you want to POKéMON with me?

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is an eternal God, the creator of the whole earth. He does not get tired or weary; there is no limit to his wisdom.
