It says past event vouchers, so I don't think they would offer Arceus, even if there were a voucher for one.

@CDM: Congrats! I'm not disappointed at all haha I wanted you to win one

I'd like to start one for Phanpy, Oddish, Caterpie, or Cyndaquil if you want any of those. Otherwise shoot me a list and I can choose one of those maybe.

I had a spot open. Larvitar freed up a second spot, so I started the Cranidos race, and I still have a second spot.

Keep an eye on the backroom if you have access to it... It often has stuff like that.
