Granted, you can shapeshift into a level one Magikarp. But that's the only thing you can shapeshift into, not even yourself.

I wish I could teleport reliably.

Okay you can teleport but you can only teleport 3 inches in front of you and doing so makes you really exhausted. Might as well just walk!
