On top of looking like a physical attacker, he learns primarily physical attacks.
I mean, the reason used to be because type determined what kind of attack it was. It wasn't until 4th gen that they swapped over to depending on the move. If I am making any sense...
So my question would be, why didn't they just have sceptile be a physical attacker.

Who knows man. All I know is that some Pokémon's stats really just don't make any sense.

I like the update, Slix. Looks sleek, and cool! I like the moving poliwgas on the banner, too. So much fun to make them move! lol
