It's ok! I forget if anyone has asked me that in here before, but I don't have any major interest in competitive Pokémon. But I have done a bit in the past, during the gen 4-6 era, and some in the 7th gen a little bit, but it was mostly "casual competitive", ie, I'd train Pokémon and teams to battle my friends, but I never would win online or anything like that. :P I prefer single battles, but rotations are fun too! I think my favorite of the ones I've played is probably gen 4, since it feels pretty constrained, while still having lots of different options for teams, and Pokémon and moves.

Question:
I'm getting a 403 code when trying to access the site using chrome but not with internet explorer.
I created my account in chrome and have used it exclusively since February. Now I can not.

Thoughts?

403 errors usually occur if you are trying to access a page you are not allowed to, or clicked from a site that is blocked. Does this happen on every page? Do you have any edits made to your user agent string? Any ad-blockers that might be causing it to not work?

Yes for all my bookmarks for the website [my profile, other user profiles/specific boxes .. all links for the site.
I tried accessing it through Google search and my history. Same error.
Copied link and pasted in Internet Explorer. No issue. I logged in and looked for 'updates' but saw nothing about incompatibility w/chrome or other users having connectivity issues.
I an not familiar with 'user agent string' I tried problem solving steps recommended through google search/reddit/youtube for fixing the error code and they had me going to my
[+]Cache
[+]plugins
[+]File extensions

None worked.

I made no changes to my mobile browser since creating my account. Have not had this issue/error code with any other site/bookmark/frequently visited site.

Unless a recommended update decided poliwager was no longer a site I should visit I do not know why I received the error.

☆After using Internet Explorer pretty much exclusivity for Poliwager I shared my profile link via Bluetooth on a relatives mobile and was able to regain access with GoogleChrome.☆

I just wanted to play the game *^*

Try opening Poliwager in an incognito window on Chrome, and see if the issue persists. If it works fine, then it has to be a cache/cookie/extension/something else issue on your browser that is causing it to not work correctly. Are you using a VPN?
