The full shirt reads "Hug me cuz I'm cute" and has a picture of a kitty in a "hug me" pose between the first two words and the others.

It's been so long since I've played Risk... I wanna play again now. In fact I want to own the game again, but I can't really afford to be going out and spending 20 bucks on a board game right now.
