probably 10 or 11 hours! I had a busy day and slept like a rock. lol.

Didn't sleep at all, I wanted to be reasonable then I got into a chain of "Just one last episode" and then without realising it, it was already 5h. Did take a two hours nap tho, I'll try to regain a more healthy sleeping habit.

After sleeping about 5 hours a day during my trip this past week, I got home and slept about 9 hours last night!

um i
stayed up late watching football so got to bed around 11:00 got up at around 730 cos we had to head to the pub for a family members birthday.
