A new PMD would be pretty nice, of course Black 2 or White 2 (not sure) is a little bit ahead of that on my list and I'm never spending money on Pokemon Ranger again.

Played some of the ROM, it freezes when I try to put Mareep first in my party, I quit.

Nah, it's because they freeze if you attempt to use your Pokemon menu at all until after you have 2 badges, Nintendo does have security measures so that may be one.
