Nah, I'm just laughing 'cause as a witch I'm usually the strange one.

Now that I've run out of paper I'm doing nothing but internet stuff.

I wouldn't say entirely Wiccan since I'm actually learning from a variety of different sources who all have different backgrounds. I don't particularly see the need for lables anyways, but yes I suppose for the most part I am Wiccan.

And try Shawshank Redemption or Hot Fuzz if you haven't seen either one before. Both are really good.

Personally, I don't believe in magic.

Also, looking for games to play on kongregate.

Funny thing is I am Wiccan as well. I only really use my dousing crystal, don't like to use spells etc. without proper training or protection.

@PA: That's no problem, people are alloweed to believe (or not believe) whatever they want right, so it's no big deal.

@Gonzo: Haha, yeah I didn't get to do much work with spells until receently myself. Same reason, lack of training/protection. It helps now that some of my friends have years (and in some cases multiple lives) worth of experience and I can explinations of how to do things properly.

I just checked the library for a certain book on the topic (one of Silver Ravenwolf's), but there weren't any there. I'll have to go down to the city and check the bigger library there rather than the one in my town, which is small.

My mother is a third degree witch so she is teaching me everything. And because she is 3rd degree she can start a covern. So I can learn it all properly and become a third degree witch too :L

Still watching Match of the Day

Ah, lucky you. I've got no family background so I've had nothing to work with but the dreaded self-teaching.

Honestly though, it feels like I was meant to really get my start this year. Not only did I move away from home and my parents who would disapprove of (and maybe even try to stop) me doing any witchcraft, but for the first time I've been able to find other people who actually have backgrounds and are willing to help me out.

Heehee, just thinking about how everything's going right at last makes me happy. ^_^

Haha my Dad doesn't approve of it so I have to be careful when he is at home

Telling one of my closest friends that I'm Wiccan. She's taking it well

Nice, I'm glad to hear she's good with it. ^_^

Most of my friends know but pretty much none of my family do. Among my friends levels of acceptance are different, there's only one who actually makes fun of me (and anyone else who believes me), which is annoying, but he's kind of a jerk about a lot of things anyways. This isn't the first time he's acted like this about something so it wasn't exactly unexpected.

Still looking up Ravenwolf's books anyways. Looks like none of the libraries around here, even the big ones, have anything. I found some on amazon, but if I'm gonna be ordering online then I'm waiting until after the holidays. I know at least a few of my friends are thinking of getting me some books on witchcraft after all, so it wouldn't be a good idea to buy myself anything this month.
