It makes it so Pokemon can't be caught. Probably will be used in my rom hack.

I am with these smelly koffings still! I wish they would just leave now we are in the mountains and looking for the mythical berries that don't exist yet so here we are in the xzedoryptyeth dimesion where things that don't exist but will one day exist! And looks like we found a tree full of them! And looks like there is enough that I can share with mew, hoopa, and celebi and plant a couple more next to the tree!
