Yes...because weather reports are always right. Usually when they exaggerated it, the rain stops early in the week.

True, weather repots are kind of famous for being innacurate.

not true >_> all weather reports are correct it's just that they say partly cloudly or a "chance" of snow.

^Exactly Choco, they usually say chance, and everyone gets freaked out, and when it doesn't happen, they ask for the WM's head.
