What are some books you guys really want to see become movies and why?

I really want to see a story that tells about a boy who saved his town from a dam that was leaking with his thumb. Sadly I forgot what the story was named but I would really love to see a movie of it. Also idk if Pollyanna is a movie either but I would love to see that too! It was a beautiful story!

There is a Japanese story called My Lord Bag Of Rice that I would love to see made into a movie. It is about a warrior who kills a giant centipede. I would love to see the details put into a movie!

Both of these would have really cool graphics I imagine. The one about the thumb and the dam sounds like a great kids movie and I’m imagining it having like a Stuart Little/ Home Alone type appearance.
The centepide one would definitely good for graphics too!
