What is the strongest pokemon and moves? I want a pokemon that is so powerful that i can destroy my enemy. What pokemon is it? And what moves should it learn?

I don't know how that is related to this thread, but um.... the strongest pokemon is Electrobuzz, it's shocking, I know.
