Limited Edition Consoles!

What limited edition console designs are you a fan of? do you own any?

I actually haven't owned any myself come to think of it but The Animal Crossing special edition switch that's coming out looks amazing and I have that on pre order

I think a lot of them are neat, but unfortunately most come out at the wrong time for me, either way before I'm aware/interested in them (like the Game Boy) or way too late (like the Zamazenta Switch Lite is neat, but a year too late for my purchase!)

I however, did buy a Pikachu 3DS XL when it was brand new, since I had been waiting to get a 3DS until Pokémon was announced, so a few months before X and Y came out, I got it! It's funny, because I only played regular DS games on it for about 6 months before I got my first 3DS game (Pokémon X).



On a recent note, though I'm not a big Animal Crossing fan, I think the new Switch special edition is cute! I like the colors a lot. I hope they release the Joy-Cons separately!

The Animal Crossing Switch does look really cool! I entered a giveaway for it, but other than that I'm not really going to try and get it because I already have a switch and unless it's a game I really really love, I'm not going to actively try and get one. I used to own the Black Ops 3 Special Edition PS4 because I got it for Christmas, but a few years later I ended up selling it to my friend so I could get my Nintendo Switch.

Definitely wish I could purchase the Animal Crossing Switch I love the pastel calm vibes and it has always been a favorite game of mine. I have not had any limited edition items before for anything because I just don't have the money usually to buy such things.
