You have to say It's raining (you can put in anything you want here, just follow the forum rules!)
and the next person has to say how they would react to the situation and another "it's raining __!" prompt

Example:
Person A: It's raining chocolate!
Person B: I would put a bucket outside and catch as much chocolate as I can!
It's raining shrimp!
