(Glitch???) Game Corner counting negatives

For some funny reason after pressing the poster in the Game Corner, it kept counting negatives. Did I get banned by Team Rocket for pressing the secret poster?
Edit: It only happens if you press the button and do another activity before it starts the count

@Icefox101 Someone else told me there was a bug with the time delayed refresh and the counter on Google Chrome. Is that the browser you're using? If you go back to the Game Corner page by clicking the menu link, does it show the normal time?
