Missing pokemon from Day Care Center.
My male Dewpider is missing from my list [ I have 2]. I have been breeding them with female Dewpiders [ I have 3] which are still there.
I have refreshed the page and the males are gone:

Check the top of the list first, your last bred Pokemon should be at the top. If it isn't there, make sure the Pokemon is in your Active Pokemon still.
