So even though I've been lurking around these past three five days, I thought I'd make a formal introduction.

Greetings! My name is Ariel and it's a pleasure to meet all you wonderful people. Thank everyone who PM'd me and being such gracious hosts, offering to assist me and cordially inviting me to be their friend. It's the warmest welcome I've received all my years of being on the internet.

Some tiny things about me:
- I am an absolute dragon fanatic, both in the Pokémon games and in reality. I have a collection of statues, figures, books, plushies, and posters numbering 73 total.
- I'm an adept Java programmer with some Python and Javascript side knowledge.
- Not only have I memorized the first 100 digits of Pi, but I'm also learning the first 100 digits of 'e'. Someday I will multiply pi and e together to create 'pie'. It will be glorious day of much feasting and celebration.

So what about you guys? Can you share some facts, please? I'd like to get to know you, too!

Anyways, it's really nice to be here, surrounded by all the adopted baby Dratinis my little heart can handle. <3

Hey Ariel, I'm Missy (I like dragons too, my computer desktop image is of a dragon right now. I can't say I qualify as nearly as much of an enthusiast as you though.)

Let's see...
- I've been a lifelong fan of Pokemon since the day red version hit North America (That's 14 years, 2 months exactly as of right now. I've been playing since I was 5 years old.)
- I'm a student of psychology working to become a therapist in the future, and hoping to work with the LGBT community.
- I'm a dungeon master of multiple campaigns in the tabletop RPG Pathfinder, running both published games, and adventures of my own creation.
- I'm a fan of world-building. I've written dozens of stories with worlds of my own design, I've created about 20 fan-made Pokemon regions in detail, and of course I've designed two very large campaign settings for my Pathfinder home games, both of which span multiple planets. I also love pretty much any videogame with a decent capacity for custom mapmaking.

How's that for you? A decent selection of facts? 8)

Hello, Missy. :]

Another Pathfinder Enthusiast! :D I've got two games I'm playing in right now and a DnD 4.0 spin-off game. Super fun.
Have you ever tried the Pokémon Tabletop Adventures game? It's a free, downloadable DnD game that's based mostly on the comic books. It's a pretty spiffy system and I've been meaning to try it out sometime.

Psychology is such an interesting subject. I don't know the terminologies, but I've psychoanalyzed so many people for, surprisingly, an Integrated Science class. Also, yay LGBT community. :] Two of my best friends are Bisexual and Transsexual, respectively.

It's nice to meet you and, yes, I am satisfied with your selection of facts.

I've not heard of Pokemon tabletop, but I suppose I'll have to look it up after work. ;)
You're a player of Pathfinder, or do you run games? (I haven't actually played a PC in a while, aside from my fighter).

Though I'm a okay story teller, I'm very inexperienced when it comes to running games. I ran a oneshot once, but otherwise I'm just a player.

Well Missy has already gotten ahold of you. ;)

Welcome! I'm Slix, the admin here, and I can help you with anything you might have questions with or if you just wanna chat in the Chatterbox, feel free to come on over! Aside from that, most of my random information about me is on this about page (I should really update that for info on the site again...) but I love Pokémon, and have for a long time, about 11 years, and I just beat Black yesterday actually finally. :)

It's cool that you know the digits so far into Pi! I could never do that, I can hardly remember things on a daily basis for school, but I can remember a lot of Pokémon stuff! Why isn't school more like Pokémon? :P

Anyways, have fun here! :D

Do you want to POKéMON with me?
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is an eternal God, the creator of the whole earth. He does not get tired or weary; there is no limit to his wisdom.

Hello Slix. We did have a brief passing by in the suggestions forum. Thanks for taking up my suggestion and putting up options to separate the active and PC Pokemon. :]

Congratulations on beating Black. I'm amazed by your 900 hours on Diamond...I maxed out the hours on my copy of Gold, but then the save data was corrupted. Nuzlocking on Crystal right now (trying to train this Eevee without it dying is practically impossible). Second gen just has this special place in my heart as the absolute best generation.

Mathematics is sort of like Competitive Pokémon with all elements of fun subtracted out of it. :p

Thanks for the good wishes and introducing yourself! I'll definitely start Chatterboxing soon.
