I hate to go off topic, but I need this question answered.
Back in 3rd gen, was Sceptile a physical attacker? Or am I going a little crazy watching sceptile learn nothing but physical attacks when he is a special attacker.

Well, I'm not entirely sure since I wasn't into battling a ton in the RSE days, but Sceptile does have a higher Special Attack, and since Grass moves were all Special back then, it kinda makes sense for it to be a Special Attacker. Someone else's input might help though too.

I always pictured Sceptile as a physical attacker based on its looks, but I'm pretty sure it's a special attacker.

Oh, and gamefreak, why can't I get camerupite until post game? I want a mega camerupt! Manectric and swampert want a mega buddy! :'(
