Playing Pokemon Sapphire

Okay so an idea has come over me. Everyone here knows I'm an old school pokemon player, Ie gen 3 back, I have literally just found my DS with sapphire sitting in the slot.

Now I'm wandering is anyone interested in me doing a run though of the game, from level 5 roots to Champion of the league, obviously the game would be played how I do it and photos would be taken rather than video as I have no idea how to do that on my DS.

Accompanying the photos would be dialogue on my thoughts and tactics during each encounter. It would entail a lot of work on my part unless some one could provide me with software that would film it...

Anyway what do you guys think? Any interest?

EDIT: Just tried to play the game turns out the cartridge has died... just my luck. So as it happens I need a new pokemon game... I only have a DS lite (not much on gaming recently) any ideas of what to get? I do have a GBA SP somewhere so Gameboy colour games is also in consideration.

Bummer to hear the game is busted! Maybe try Emerald, if you really want a gen 3 game still?

I'd be interested in reading/seeing a game play though with photos, sure!

Yeah I was extremely gutted when it wouldn't play last night

I was fancying emerald, however perhaps the old GBC Silver or Blue/Red is more to peoples tastes?

Perhaps, but usually those are harder to find since they are often breaking these days, so people sell them for more money, but who knows what it's like in your area.

It should be rather easy to pick one up cheap its just finding one that works.

I would most certainly be interested. I have Emereald myself and would highly enjoy a re-run of it.

I'm glad you guys are interested, but I'm gonna lock this since it's nearly a year old and it was already said that the game wasn't working. Create a new topic if you're still interested in doing a challenge like this for yourself.
