Are you referring to Poliwager Adoptables? My best suggestion would be to continue posting around Poliwager Forums, and to add your Pokémon Image Codes to your signature to help you hatch eggs easier from getting views on here. Anything else you want to learn more about the site can likely be found in the FAQ and Help page or the Poliwager Adoptables Announcements forums.

The Parcel item is used for certain monthly events, such as this past August's event.
