Has anyone done a speed run at all! I have not done any myself, but enjoy watching them sometimes or different game challenges like "Super Mario Bros Without Jumping", which is another topic for another thread! ( ;) hint hint, go check it out) But has anyone done one?! Let us know what game you played, how long it took and any challenges you faced or some of your favorite moments from it! As well as share a video of it if you have one!

I tried a speed run of Pokémon Blue a few years ago, and considering I wasn't planning most of it, getting through it in 6 hours wasn't bad I think.

I think watching speed runs is quite interesting, especially when people learn all sorts of tricks to get through games quicker.

I love watching speedruns and I have even practiced speedrunning some games but the amount of time some speedruns can take can be too long for me to pay at once. I don't have time to spend an hour or two completely focused. Though kudos to those who can. I do have one speedrun record up on a speedrun records website for the game Gone Home where there is an actual trophy for beating the game in under a minute so I practiced getting the shortest time I could and at the time I was like 8th on the list.

Good morning! And in case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night!

Wow that sounds awesome! :P What kind of game is it that it can be completed in under a minute?!

I have never actually completed the game fully but there is a whole story about the characters past or something like that. There is a hidden doorway in one of the walls and if you press it the wall actually opens and you find a key to the attic. Once you get in the attic you beat the game so I guess it is just for people who don't care too much about the story!

Yes that is the site! My run is ranked 12 in the Any% Glitchless category. My name on it is Icymisterlamb. I have been thinking about practicing speedrunning a game that I have been really interested lately called Stardew Valley although with the different categories they have it would be a big leap from the 53 seconds my Gone Home speedrun took me
