What starter type is your go to?
What are the starter Pokémon you’ve played with?
I don’t have a go to yet! I definitely love water types though! I’ve so far played Gold with Cyndaquil as my starter and Moon with Popplio.

I generally pick based on which one is coolest or cutest, not based on type. But I guess the ones I've chosen first times were:

Water! My favorite Pokemon type is ice so water is the next best thing when it comes to starters!

Similar to Slix, I usually choose by the appearance of the Pokemon, but my tendency has been Fire types hahaha

I mainly go towards using Water types, there was only one generation and my favorite generation I didn't start with a water type.

7. Popplio (Decidueye is my immediate second choice since I played through with all 3 starters)

My all time favorite starter is Piplup. Gen 4 is my favorite generation and I always love using Piplups that I nickname Pollup. I prefer Torterra to Empleon but still I like having Piplup as a starter to Turtwig.

Litten is really cute! Also I agree with @Crashinggg 's comment, sometimes the fully evolved Pokemon doesn't look as great as the other compared to when you first obtain them. I love them all regardless, though!
