Hey all!

I finally got the shiny Phanpy on Ultra Sun that I was hunting for months, so I have decided that I will play Emerald somewhat quickly before Pokémon Sword and Shield come out next month. I've played Sapphire a few times, but never Emerald, since I finally just got it recently.

First up, I need a starter! Help me decide! I also need a challenge or restriction of some sort to make the play through interesting! I was also hoping you guys could help me name or pick Pokémon too, depending on what I pick for a challenge!

Voted for Mudkip because it’s one of my favorite Pokémon. I don’t think I have a good idea for a challenge or restriction right now. I’ll keep thinking of one to respond back with soon

I really want to see a Numel/Camerupt and a Luvdisc used because I love them too! XD That is about all I have! I can’t wait to hear more about your pre swish adventure!

I'm not sure if I should be anonymous lol...

But even though I usually love water types, Treecko is my favorite in Gen 3! His later evolutions are so fun.

Mudkip it is! I shall begin tonight and play some tomorrow as well when I have time. I'll use only Mudkip until I get Plusle and Minun and Numel and Luvdisc! I'm still open to suggestions for other things to do! Should I evolve Mudkip?

You can evolve Mudkip until you find the new Pokemon. Pokemon names are hard! Just name the Mudkip.... Boggers

Ok it's time for an update!

I have gotten two gym badges so far, evolved my Mudkip, and just arrived in Slateport City.

My team:
MARV the Marshtomp: Level 23
Addie the Minun: Level 14
Lester the Plusle: Level 13

I was sick the past few days so I haven't played much, but hopefully in the next few days I can more!

I just caught a Marill to use as an HM partner, and named him BOGGERS.

I beat Wattson, and got my 3rd badge!

I just caught a male Numel, and I need a nickname! Suggestions welcome! Only a few days until Sword and Shield!

Current Party:
- Addie (Minun) - Level 23
- Lester (Plusle) - Level 23
- MARV (Marshtomp) - Level 25
- BOGGERS (Marill) - Level 13
- Numel - Level 15

I just realized my whole team except Addie is male. :P
