What are your favorite regions least to greatest from the regions you have explored!

I haven't actually played too many different games but here are mine from least to greatest favorites!

I have explored Kanto I will say it’s pretty good! The rest I have absolutely no experience in! XD

I like all the regions, but Johto has a special place in my heart.

Personally, I like Unova a lot, Kanto a lot, and Johto has that relaxing calm feel to it. Sinnoh is a pretty good region too.

Here are my faves, in order!

8: I haven't played much of the other regions, so idk if I like them or not.

7: Hoenn. 7.8/10, too much water.
6: Alola. How could you not enjoy such a nice, beachy region? I love all the Hawaiian references, and the surfing Mantine minigame is really fun.
5: Kalos. Ooh la la! This region makes me feel so fancy! Maybe it's because of the references to French aristocrats? Regardless, this region brought a lot of fun concepts to the franchise (changing clothes?? whaaat???) as well as plenty of fun buildings to explore. I love route 14 sooo much!
4: Unova. Such a pretty region, and it's based on New York! I've always wanted to visiit NYC, and when I play these games I can always go to Castelia City and pretend I'm on the streets of New York City. Plus, Nimbasa has some awesome music! So does Village Bridge.
3: Kanto. Who CAN'T love the original region? This is the place that started it all, and I appreciate how far the series has come because of this wonderful region.
2: Johto. It's a beautiful region, and the references to Japanese culture are wonderful. I also like how it was revamped in HGSS to be even more gorgeous than it was before.
1: Sinnoh, hands down. It has such a special place in my heart as the first region I ever explored.

Top three are Kalos, Johto, and Sinnoh personally. I admit there are parts of the Alola that make me want to play Sun/Ultra Sun again but most of the time it's because I can not be forced to wear a hat on my trainer (as odd as that sounds...). Kalos I remembered having a good amount of additions to the franchise, mega evolutions especially.

Sinnoh was probably a big expectancy from me considering the sig... I have some memories attached to this generation specifically. Most of my childhood years that were memorable took place when this was the current gen. Johto had some favorites too (although I can't say much for the remakes, I'm sorry to say I'm the worst at Voltorb Flip minigame on HGSS) and especially both Furret and Espeon.

Though it's hard to rank them, I'll say that Johto is my favorite overall. Not sure why, it just really sticks with me. So does Hoenn, actually.
