The next person must continue the conversation, but can't use the letters at the beginning of the words.
So he could not use words that begin with h, a or y.
Numbers count as first letter. So 1 = o
Symbols count as theirs too. So & = a

Try to keep it related to the conversation, or try to make a new one.

Repeated letters are okay.
