It's an ok fighter on Smahbros, so the note is 6/10. I dont very like is since, as a first gen pokémon, the design is a little bland, and too pink.

8/10, he's definitely a tough contender among the gen 1 mons. Super tough in both main series games and Mystery Dungeon.

8/10. I think it looks odd, but also very creative and I love how it's a pun off of the word "doppler" like the doppler effect!
