By drawing a series of images and using a program to make them seem like the images are a moving picture.

It's not. It will haffa be simple characters or things, and hey, most of my art style is simple.
I'm also getting a $300 dollar art tablet for it.

I have to agree with Oshi as someone that's also dipping their toes into that water. Some apps are beginner friendly and I want to say that you could get Flipnote Studio 3D for the 3DS if you have one. It's a large amount of points needed to redeem it but I tend to be a sap for the free stuff.

I've sadly been neglecting mine as of lately. Not that I've been reckless with caring for it but I've been less inclined to play my games on there. Used to play Animal Crossing pretty often and I've been going off and on when it came to a "streak" of sorts...
