What rival is your favorite?

I have only played two games, and it is a bit hard to pick a favorite because they are both soooo different in their own good way, so personally I do not have a favorite yet, but does anyone have a favorite rival?

I like Blue and Silver a lot, but Hugh and Lucas a lot too!

A lot of people have debated recently about the "friendly" rival being not as good as the "meaner" ones. But I think all of these are different in different ways, the nicer ones have the "competitive" feel still, so they aren't just boring 1-dimensional characters either.

I always liked Barry a lot. Maybe it’s just because I’m a fanboy for all things gen 4 but I have fond memories of how obnoxious he acted at times. And then there is the THUD!!! Whenever he entered a room which I always liked.

Oh, man, no Rival was as interesting as Silver. You've got to admit how stressful his journey to become a better Trainer was!

Silver has always been my favourite, though SoulSilver being my first game probably helped.

Wally is my favorite because he actually has a character ark as well as a strength ark, a legitimate family unlike most rivals, and he is an interesting character.
