Poliwager Adoptables Minor Updates

New users will now get bonus Egg Steps for interacting with their first 12 Pokémon eggs to help start them off. Starting now, users with less than 12 egg adoptions will not be able to see Pokémon in the Shelter.

The Shelter now allows you to see only Pokémon, as well as only eggs, and a combination of both, by clicking the links at the top of the page. Starting now, each hour, you can adopt up to 6 hatched Pokémon. This is to help keep a balance for newer players and other players who may not have a chance at adopting some of the Pokémon that were released into the Shelter. Shelter Adoption Tickets automatically reload after 60 minutes of using one to adopt a Pokémon. Come back later to see what Pokémon you can adopt!

Bronze prizes for daily Interaction and View goals will now award both a Berry and a small Camping Ingredient. Additionally, the 15 day Gold Rank for Interactions will award some bonus Berries.

Last but not least, visiting a Pokémon Camp now earns each Pokémon in it more Exp. Points! Be sure to visit each Pokémon Camp to help out the Pokémon in them!

The greatest update ever has finally touched the site. It took months, years, even decades to do it, but the mad man Slix actually did it.

The Daily Challenges have been moved slightly higher.

War has ended everywhere. Hunger is no more! Pokémon is finally a good game series! We even got a Nobel prize for it! So everyone please thank Slix for this holy update!

Oh and eggs got an animation too I guess.

A few minor updates that happened recently:

By clicking 25 eggs and going to the Adopt page, you can use a new feature called Roto Hatch! Roto Hatch lets you get a small amount of Egg Steps on each of your eggs once you have recharged it by clicking 25 eggs on Poliwager Adoptables. You need to wait 5 minutes in between uses. You do not have to wait until you use Roto Hatch to click more eggs. For example, you may click 100 eggs in a row, then use Roto Hatch, and after 5 minutes, you can use it right away again.

The Pokédex has been updated with a new search feature. You are now able to order your Pokédex list by Amount Adopted. This will then break up into categories of "0 Adopted", "1 Adopted", "More than 1 Adopted", "More than 50 Adopted", "More than 100 Adopted", "More than 250 Adopted", "More than 500 Adopted", and "More than 1,000 Adopted". This is a good way to see what you've adopted most of on the site over time.

A few minor updates to make you aware of!

You are now able to move, sort, name, and manage Pokémon into 5 additional PC Boxes, for a grand total of 10 now.

The Daily and Weekly Lotteries now award 2nd and 3rd place consolation bonus prizes in the form of a Berry when the winner is drawn. Even if you don't win the Pokémon in the Lottery, you can still have a chance to get something out of entering! Good luck!

The Game Corner has a new feature, the Game Corner Coin Flip game! By choosing Heads or Tails, you can advance your Coin Flip streak and win prizes! It costs 1 Game Coin to play each round, and there are better rewards the higher you go! You only earn the promised Game Coins if you choose to keep them instead of continuing. Your profile keeps track of how many Game Coins you've flipped, and how many games you've won and lost, and the Site Stats page for Users keeps track of the top users as well. Happy flipping!

There are some minor updates to existing Key Items and some new Key Items for users to obtain:

- HM08 Dive now costs 30,000 Poké Dollars, down from 100,000.
- Scuba Gear now costs 50,000 Poké Dollars, up from 30,000.
- Dowsing Machine now costs 125,000, down from 250,000.

- Rollers Skates are now available for 5,000 Poké Dollars, allowing you to gain more Exp. Points for your Pokéwalker Pokémon while interacting.
- Bicycle is now available for 25,000 Poké Dollars, allowing you to get even more Exp. Points for your Pokéwalker Pokémon while interacting after you have interacted more than 1,000 interactions during the day.

Additionally, the Pokémon Stats pages now show how many current interactions during the day you have, helping you avoid having to go to the main Adopt page or profile as often. Plus, each Pokémon now has a special Characteristic stat and a tidbit about their IV abilities.

The requirements for earning a Times Camped Medal have been lowered. Previous users who have earned a 250 Times Camped Medal have had their medals automatically changed to the tier of 100 Times Camped, and anyone who has enough for the next tier will earn them at midnight tonight. In addition, there is now a medal for Times Battled. Good luck!

Edit 2/17/2023: The Views Medals have been altered too, now requiring 5,000, 10,000, and 50,000 Views instead of the previous 10,000, 50,000, and 100,000 Views. Any previously earned Medals have been altered to reflect this change.

I have changed some of the Achievement requirements to be lower amounts.

The changes are as follows:
- The Adopter achievements are now 10, 100, 1,000, and 10,000, down from 100, 1,000, 5,000, and 25,000.
- The Camper achievements are now 10, 100, 1,000, and 2,500, down from 100, 500, 1,000, and 5,000.
- The Number Guesser achievements are now 1, 3, 5, and 10, down from 1, 10, 50, and 100.
- Ultra Spender is now 5,000,000, down from 25,000,000.
- Ultra Mt. Chimney Stroller is now 5,000, down from 10,000.
- Ultra Diver is now 5,000, down from 10,000.
- The Breeder achievements are now 10, 100, 1,000, and 5,000, down from 100, 1,000, 2,500, and 10,000. The prizes for Super Breeder and Regular Breeder have been swapped as well (Oval Charm is still the same reward, at 1,000 bred).
- The Evolver achievements are now 10, 50, 250, and 1000, down from 100, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000.
- The Releaser achievements are now 10, 100, 1,000, and 5,000, down from 100, 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000.
- The Item Scout achievements are now 10, 100, 500, and 1,500, down from 100, 500, 1,500, and 5,000.
- The Item Seller achievements are now 10, 100, 500, and 1,000, down from 100, 500, 1,000, and 5,000.
- The Item Purchaser achievements are now 10, 100, 500, and 1,000, down from 100, 500, 1,000, and 5,000.

The scores required to earn prizes for Feeling Checks have been lowered slightly and adjusted. Starting now, users will both receive 1 Berry for getting a Feeling Check score of at least 75. Users will also get a Sweet Heart for getting a score of at least 85, and if you get a score of 100, you'll both receive 2 Sweet Hearts. Enjoy!

I'm pleased to announce the 3rd series of Poliwager Adoptables Achievements! You can now collect more than 60 new Achievements on the site, including for some new types of Achievements, like for adopting a certain species many times! Good luck!

Prizes for Gold and Silver rank Daily Challenges have been altered slightly. The Valuable Items, Strange Souvenir, Poké Ball Honey, Fancy Honey, and Calm Candy Bar have been removed from the pool of prizes for Gold rank rewards, and have been moved to the Silver prizes instead. Additionally, the rewards for the 15 days of each rank have been improved slightly.

Also, there is now a percentage for each category of Pokédex groupings in the Pokédex page to show completion for that grouping.
