hi there! hope this is the appropriate place to ask but a pokemon of mine just got pokerus! What does this mean on the site?

Pokérus is randomly contracted when your Pokémon is in your Party. Pokérus stays active for 7 days. When it has active Pokérus, it can spread to other Pokémon in the Party. Pokérus gives a boost of Exp. Points to the Pokémon, and that boost still happens when the Pokémon is healed of the active Pokérus.
