I’ve done some shiny Ditto breeding (using the trick to get a shiny Ditto from Red/Blue/Yellow) and got a shiny Cyndaquil, but I didn’t get any further than that.

Does anyone shiny hunt on Gold, Silver, or Crystal? Any specific strategies?
