Give us some input! What do you want to see?

Hey all! It's been a good year so far for Poliwager Forums, and activity has been fairly good! However, it could always be better, and that's where you come in!

I wanted to ask a broad question, but one worth asking: What do you want to see Poliwager Forums do differently (or do at all) that you think would help it bring in more users, and help keep you guys coming back?

This could be anything: Contests you want to see happen, style changes to the site, monthly emails giving reminders and news, or forum category changes that make more sense.


Please give us a reply here, and let us know what we as a staff team and community can do better for you guys! After all, this is about all of you, and I want to continue to make this place a great community to hang out on with you all!

I personally feel that challenges would help up the activity for the Forums. Since in some categories there are only the same few people talking I feel that for some people it can be harder to want to interact with these people and not only would challenges make people want to interact with the site more in whatever way the challenge requires, but it could also bring people to be more active and explore the site more. If newer people or even recurring site members are more active on the forums it could make others feel more welcomes having an abundance of active topics to reply to with other newcomers as well.

The other night I was thinking about November rewards, the T-Shirt Contest and a multitude of other things that kept people coming back weekly, thus an idea was born!
