Absolutely obsessed and love this game. I do not know many people who play so I wanted to make a post to find some people and to coordinate events possibly to trade items and things! We should definitely plan a visit mine is probably over run by weeds right now because since I started work back up I have not prioritized my interests and what I actually enjoy doing. 
I'll get back to it, but I still spend about 50% of my day like planning out my island and what villagers I want to get and stuff.

Haven't played New Horizons yet (mostly because I don't have a Switch), but my stepfather has the game and it seems really different gameplay-wise than any other AC game to date. I have, however, played Animal Crossing: Wild World, Animal Crossing: City Folk, and Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I've had my New Leaf town since 2013, and I've been playing Wild World on and off since 2009 (though I don't have my OG town, unfortunately).
