Okay small question, how do you give a parcel to a pokemon?

You just go under the options, like giving it a nickname, and if you have bought a parcel, giving a parcel will be an option.

So,
1. Get parcel
2. Get pokemon adopted this month
3. Go under the options for said pokemon
4. Give Parcel.

I think you should add your parcelmon to your signature. Helps it level up faster.

I've buy a parcel too, but when going to the option of my pokemon, I can't give the parcel to one of them?

Parcel Pokemon is one of the monthly events we have! Right now we are doing a Relic collecting event so I believe you cannot give your Pokemon a Parcel. When the next Parcel event comes around, be sure to check back here so you know how to add a Parcel to your Pokemon (it's super easy just select the stats dropdown menu from a Pokemon that isn't in your party and it should show up, only during the Parcel monthly events)!

Its weird to be able to buy things without a warning that we cannot use it tho.

It's a Key Item that you get to keep, I believe that is why. You can use it in future events, though! And you can just detach it from the Pokemon you used in that event and use it again for a future event! I hope that info helps, at least you have one now and it's super cheap compared to the other Key Items!
